I have a fiancée! I have air conditioning! My book is released! Tighten's hiring three people! Atlanta is showing the early signs of fall! I'm a happy man!
So, first and foremost: I asked my girlfriend, Imani Vaughn-Jones, to be my wife, and she said yes, so now she's my fiancée. And I learned that I am not her fiancée, but instead her fiancé. Learn something new every day.
I'm so freaking happy! If you've followed this newsletter for the past years, you probably have a bit of a sense that this wasn't something I was sure would ever happen, so to find myself daily delighted by my partner is just incredible.
Next, after the saga of the 6-week-broken air conditioner, our A/C finally works again... just in time for it to start cooling down. But I won't complain because I am obsessed with autumn. No complaints here!
